Important information about the new SMSB26 Switch
Butler
Send an SMS via your mobile (cell phone) from the
Butler, and it will switch your device on or off (e.g., the
heating in a holiday flat). Two (with extension module,
10) different devices can be switched independently
from one another.
Successful switch-on or off is confirmed by SMS.
Optionally you can also switch all outputs with one SMS.
You can additionally monitor up to 6 different devices. If
one of the devices switches on or off, the Butler will
send an SMS (e.g., alarm system, heating system,
entrance doors, pumping station, water supply, etc.) to
up to 5 different subscribers per input.
Monitoring requires potential-free contacts or a 5 VDC supply.
Owing to the varied possibilities, the Butler can also control and
monitor industrial processes (e.g., production
lines, water supply systems, water clarification plants,
etc.).
The Butler is protected with a password and so secured
against access by unauthorized persons.
The optional software allows very user-friendly and
comfortable programming.
You obtain your personal SIM card from a mobile telephone provider. You receive a telephone number and a PIN code with the SIM card. You can also use a Prepay card.
